BOOKING
• When booking an appointment with LSBeauty you agree to the cancellation fee policy
• The booking system will charge your card for a no show or last minute cancellation
• Deposits are to be paid within 24hrs of booking
• Make sure you are booking the right appointment slot
• 1 hour infills require 50% left
• 1.5 hour infills require 40% left
• I don’t infill after 3.5 weeks
PATCH TESTS
• Patch tests are required for new clients at least 24hrs prior
• If you don’t wish to have one you will have to sign a disclaimer
ON THE DAY
• Come with CLEAN lashes - if they are too dirty I may have to refuse the service as lashes do not stick to dirt
• Come MAKEUP FREE to your appointment - pads do not like to stick to makeup! They will just slide around your face
• Please come on your own to your appointment- if you bring anyone they will have to wait in the waiting area
• Please do not come any later than 15 minutes to your appointment, any longer than this your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged as a no show
• If you come with less than the infill amount required you will be refused on the day
DEPOSIT AMOUNTS
• NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE deposits are to be paid within 24 hours of booking.
• You’re appointment is not confirmed until it is paid, after the 24 hours it may be offered to someone else or cancelled
• Remaining balance is to be paid in CASH only
CANCELLATION POLICY
LSBeauty enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fees as follows:
Cancellations within 72 hours = payment in full
Please understand this is my ONLY wage; and when you book out my time this is my money will be lost when you cancel.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy.
You also have the choice to send me the remaining appointment amount minus your deposit save it charging your card. If payment is not made by the end of the appointment day, your card will be charged. If cancellation fees are not paid- all future appointments will be cancelled.
Hope you can understand this is my job and it pays all my bills. Please do not book in if you don’t understand this is my policy.
